We are gonna take it back to the beginning

Turkey leg with green beans, stuffing and a sweet potato 🍠. This was one of the first pictures I had taken, which I got a lot of feedback on and since then it started what I admire to do till this day!! Pictures of food 🥘

First #blueplatemeal and as you can tell needs a little work

So this is my first blue plate meal. I started using the blue plate that my grandmother once owned to showcase my food. Here we have a snow crabs leg and shrimp, along with pan fried potatoes and gravy with sautéed onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. I promise it tasted better than it appears. Yet again the start of my phone photography of food.

Now this is a sloppy plate yet it tasted amazing. I made a Caesar salad and pasta with Alfredo and spinach sauce. Next to a breadstick and a bacon wrapped turkey filet mignon. Yes the sauce is all over the rim and my lettuce looks wilted and it all looks as if it’s running together in on mehhhh of a blog but it gets better.

Let’s try an olive omelette

Oh lovely olive-y omelette. This was a very interesting meal. I did use to many olives. I managed to eat the whole thing so it wasn’t that awful. Inside the omelette we had cheese, onions, mushrooms, and garlic. With a side of toast.

Try my homemade teriyaki chicken please

Making this dish was fun since I got to try a grill with a juice/drip tray. And I tell you what, best thing ever when you want to catch all the flavors and use them to make a sauce. Which I did adding teriyaki sauce and brown sugar on a low simmer. With white rice as my base I added the chicken on top and poured the glaze over. My pictures are still not perfect but I’m getting food ideas and that’s what matters most.
